What access do these credentials provide?
For all integrations, the “inbound” ISU is used to authenticate with Workday web services to push bank statement data into your Workday tenant. For Payments integrations, the ISU is used to fetch payment messages from your tenant and push payment acknowledgements in response.
SSO Access enables admins to easily access the Bank Connect dashboard from Workday. Bank Connect requires the Public Key to authenticate SSO requests from your users.

ISU Username & Password
Share the username and password for API_BankConnect which was created in the Integration Security step.
You can review the instructions to Create ISU for Information Reporting or Create ISU for Payments. You will also find a description of the Domain Security Permissions for each within those articles.
If you have lost the password you can reset it by editing the Workday Account for the ISU.
Web Services URL
Retrieve the web services URL for your Workday tenant.
Using the Workday search bar, navigate to the Public Web Services report.
Scroll to Cash Management, select View Custom WSDL from the related actions menu. A new tab will open with WSDL content for your tenant.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, copy the the URL listed as the
soapbind:address location. This URL is needed when submitting a new enrollment.
SSO Link Public Key
Share the public key for your SSO Link with your onboarding team.
