Permissions Required: Bank Connect Administrator & Workday Security Administrator
To properly disconnect Bank Connect, you will need to unlink all accounts, sign out from Bank Connect and lock the Integration System User (API_BankConnect) from your Workday environment.
Navigate to the Bank Connect Dashboard, select the Admin tab, click on the dropdown next to Account Services & Entitlements and select Link Users & Accounts.
Unlink account by clearing the Linked Account column and click Save User & Account Links.
Click on the dropdown next to Account Services & Entitlements and select Settings.
Under Manage Connectivity click Sign Out to Disconnect.
Lock the Integration System User: In your Workday search bar search for Edit Workday Account.
Search and select API_BankConnect, click OK.
Locate and select Do Not Allow UI Sessions. Click Submit.
To block API access entirely, create a new password and Submit.
