Statement Import

Bank Statement data will be automatically imported for Bank Connect-linked accounts on a daily basis.

Only settled or posted transactions will import to the Workday Bank Statement; depending on the set-up at your bank these may import the same-day they are settled or the following day.

Detailed transaction data is populated to each Bank Statement Line.

Statement Frequency

Depending on the frequency of updates your company has requested, you may see one or more statements per day. You may request statement updates daily, hourly, or every 15 minutes. Intraday statement data includes posted (settled) payments and current available balance.

To change your statement frequency, contact your account team to update your enrollment.

Last Update

You can determine the last time your statement was updated by Bank Connect on the Bank Statement page: the Last Updated date-timestamp will report when the statement data was imported.

Cancel a Bank Statement

While validating statement delivery during company activation, it may be required to cancel an existing bank statement to enable re-delivery for the same time period.

  1. Navigate to Cancel from the statement's related actions menu.

    • This menu is accessible from the list view of statements or from the statement view.

  1. Click OK to confirm canceling this statement, then click Done to acknowledge the cancelation.
